Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have taken a significant step in strengthening their defense sector relationship by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement, forged during high-level talks between officials from both nations, aims to enhance cooperation in defense technology, military training, logistics, and future collaborative ventures.
