The 14th Party Central Committee of Vietnam commenced its third meeting in Hà Nội, led by Party General Secretary and State President Tô Lâm. Tô Lâm urged the committee to make practical and action-oriented decisions aimed at eliminating development bottlenecks and unlocking national resources. He stressed the importance of improving public services and ensuring that all resolutions are quickly transformed into actionable plans. These plans should include clear responsibilities, timelines, and measurable outcomes to ensure effective implementation.
