This visit comes at the invitation of Zhao Leji, chairman of the Standing Committee of China’s National People’s Congress. The discussions are set to focus on bolstering coordination between the two legislative bodies and advancing Vietnam’s foreign policy priorities. This initiative also aims to reinforce parliamentary cooperation as a significant element of the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between the two nations.
